General Information and Guidelines:              Booth Size Available: 10’x10’ space

Booths: $50 each ($40 for Chamber Members)

1. Event Location: Cooper Town Square, Cooper Texas 75432
2. Vendor Hours: Saturday April 11, 2026 from 9am-5pm
3. Set up time: Saturday April 11, 2026 from 6:30am to 9am. All vehicles must be moved from vendor space by 9am. Vendors must not leave before 3PM
4. All items for sale must be in good taste and suitable for family viewing. For safety reason, no kid’s pellet guns allowed. Sponsors may disallow any items in bad taste and not suitable.
5. Your entry booth operation (including ropes, pegs, etc.) must fit into your allotted space. You may purchase another space if needed. Please clearly state your needs on your entry form.
6. Each vendor is responsible for providing everything necessary for display and sale of their merchandise. Electricity and water are available for an additional $10.00 each on a limited basis. Please state this need on the entry form. Be prepared to provide your own heavy-duty cords and water hose. Please provide notice to the Chamber if 220 amps are needed.
7. No REFUNDS will be made. There will be a Late Application Fee of $10.00 for Vendor Registration after April 1.

In consideration of permission to operate a Booth at the Delta County Fair, the Vendor signing agrees to forever indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Delta County Chamber of Commerce, The City of Cooper, Texas, Delta County and their elected officials, employees, board members and volunteers from and against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind brought by third parties as a result of injuries sustained as a result of Vendor’s activities at the Delta County Fair
