All vehicles must be moved from vendor space by 9am. Vendors must not leave before 3PM\nAll items for sale must be in good taste and suitable for family viewing. For safety reason\, no kid’s pellet guns allowed. Sponsors may disallow any items in bad taste and not suitable.\nYour entry booth operation (including ropes\, pegs\, etc.) must fit into your allotted space. You may purchase another space if needed. Please clearly state your needs on your entry form.\nEach vendor is responsible for providing everything necessary for display and sale of their merchandise. Electricity and water are available for an additional $10.00 each on a limited basis. Please state this need on the entry form. Be prepared to provide your own heavy-duty cords and water hose. Please provide notice to the Chamber if 220 amps are needed.\nNo REFUNDS will be made. SUMMARY:Trunk-Or-Treat at the Lake
DESCRIPTION:WE HAVE MOVED TO COOPER STATE PARK – Lone Pine Boat Ramp Area\n(143 Park Road 8154\, Cooper\, TX) \nCandy\, Costumes and Decorations OH MY!!! Come enjoy our small town trunk-or-treat. Dress up and participate in the costume fun\, decorate your car/trunk for the trunk decorating contest\, or bring the kids for all the Trunk-Or-Treating Candy!!\nCandy Vendors –  No Fee to register. Please Register by October 24th at 5pm. Forms can be turned in to the Chamber office mailbox or submitted online below \nTrunks\, Please be in the parking lot with your car ready by 5:30pm. Kids will arrive at 6. Parking lot will be open at 4:30PM for set up. Arriving late can be a safety hazard for people and kids walking around. Your trunk can be decorated beforehand\, or you can decorate when you arrive. \n*** BRING LOTS OF CANDY!! Based on previous years\, we estimate an average of 1000-1200 kids. Vendors run out almost every year. We want all the kids to have a great time. It is recommended to bring at least 1000 pieces of candy and hand out 1 per kid*** \nThere is no electricity provided\, you may bring a quite generator. \nYou may also want to bring chairs\, tables\, bug spray\, & flashlights \nHaving a simple game (like ring toss\, guessing something\, picking up something with a number under it and winning that many “things:\,) a simple craft (coloring\, putting something together\, stringing beads\, etc.) or another interactive activity (like a photo op) would be something fun for the kids to do at your trunk. But it is certainly not required. \nYou do NOT have to dress up \nYou will not be able to leave until 7:30/7:45pm because it would be too difficult and dangerous to drive your car around the children. \nBe creative with your decorations! Prizes will be given for the SCARIEST\, FUNNIEST\, MOST CREATIVE\, CUTEST\,  and BEST OVERALL THEMED TRUNKS and more !!! \nSAFETY GUIDELINES \nWe are dedicated to the safety of your children and our community. Please adhere to the following guidelines in order minimize the spread of Germs. \n\nNo child should reach into the bowls of candy. All candy should be distributed by the person at the trunk. It is recommended the distributor wear gloves at all times when handling the candy.\nPlease monitor your health and the health of your child.
