DESCRIPTION:Candy\, Costumes and Decorations OH MY!!! Come enjoy our small town trunk-or-treat. Dress up and participate in the costume fun\, decorate your car/trunk for the trunk decorating contest\, or bring the kids for all the Trunk-Or-Treating Candy!!\n \nDelta County Chamber of Commerce Trunk Or Treat. No Fee to register. Please Register by October 24th at 5pm. Forms can be turned in to the Chamber office mailbox or submitted online below \nTrunks\, Please be in the parking lot with your car ready by 5:30pm. Kids will arrive at 6. Parking lot will be open at 4:30PM for set up. Arriving late can be a safety hazard for people and kids walking around. Your trunk can be decorated beforehand\, or you can decorate when you arrive. \n*** BRING LOTS OF CANDY!! Based on previous years\, we estimate an average of 1000-1200 kids. Vendors run out almost every year. We want all the kids to have a great time. It is recommended to bring at least 1000 pieces of candy and hand out 1 per kid*** \nWe cannot provide extension cords or electricity to your trunk. \nYou are welcome to bring a folding chair and sit next to your trunk so you do not have to stand the entire time. \nHaving a simple game (like ring toss\, guessing something\, picking up something with a number under it and winning that many “things:\,) a simple craft (coloring\, putting something together\, stringing beads\, etc.) or another interactive activity (like a photo op) would be something fun \n\nfor the kids to do at your trunk. But it is certainly not required. \nYou do NOT have to dress up \nYou will not be able to leave until 7:30/7:45pm because it would be too difficult and dangerous to drive your car around the children. \nBe creative with your decorations! Prizes will be given for the SCARIEST\, FUNNIEST\, MOST CREATIVE\, CUTEST\,  and BEST OVERALL \n\nTHEMED TRUNK and more !!! \nSAFETY GUIDELINES: \nWe are dedicated to the safety of your children and our community. Please adhere to the following guidelines in order minimize the spread of Germs. \n\nNo child should reach into the bowls of candy. All candy should be distributed by the person at the trunk. It is recommended the distributor wear gloves at all times when handling the candy.\nAll participants in the lines should practice social distancing. DESCRIPTION:The Delta County Chamber of Commerce has a special treat coming to a square near you. \nOn select days\, this December\, the Chamber will be hosting a Christmas themed escape room. What is an escape room\, you ask?? \n…a  room in which people are locked in\, in order to play a game requiring them to solve a series of puzzles within a certain amount of time to accomplish a goal\, typically finding the key to unlock the room. \nIn this case\, your mission is to locate the gingerbread man and set him free before he burns 🔥 (and dont worry\, we wont actually “lock” you in) \nGroups of 4-6 people will have 25 minutes to unlock the clues and solve the game. Age restrictions: recommended for 10 and up. Minors 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. \nOpen Hours: \nDecember 7th: 11am-6pm \nDecember 13th: 4pm-9pm \nDecember 14th: 11am- 9pm \nDecember 15th: 2pm-7pm \nCost: $10 per person (minimum $40) \nEscape room runs every 30 minutes on the dot.
